Yes. $95/user/month covers every capability listed on this page — 24/7 helpdesk, endpoint management, EDR with ransomware rollback, image-based backup, immutable cloud backup, 24/7 SOC, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace backup, email security, security awareness training, phishing simulation, MFA enforcement, dark-web monitoring, monthly reporting, and quarterly compliance evidence. The only items billed separately are net-new compliance program build-outs (HIPAA WISP, NAIC WISP, IRS Pub 4557, CMMC certification readiness), fractional vCISO/vCAIO for non-regulated-industry clients, and on-site project work outside our service area.

Why don't you name the tools you use?

Because the value you're paying for is the outcome — patches deployed on time, ransomware caught and rolled back, backups verified, Microsoft 365 data recoverable, compliance evidence collected.
